Huawei / P9/P9 Plus Launch Event

 

Challenge

The launch of P9 for Huawei was very important since it was one of their most advanced flagships which was co engineered with Leica. We were asked to take part in a pitch to propose our creative ideas.

 

Solution

We won the pitch by coming up with a theme which was centered on maximizing the main feature of the cellphone, i.e. the photography. We gave the phone to some of the most well known influencing photographers in social media 3 weeks before the event to go travelling and take the most amazing photos and we ran an exhibition of their works in the event.

 

Result

We also tried to create an experience zone which was centered on activations with optical illusion mood. A special optical illusion room, 3D illustrations on the walls, illusionary tunnels and illusionary Paintings on the wall all gave great opportunities to people to fully relate to the main feature of the phone and spend a fun time with Huawei.
